Vennela will be displaying her original art works.
Vennela Medapati (Charlotte, b.1998) is a full time Marketing Manager and a part time artist whose paintings are born from the intersection of concepts in astrophysics and her daily meditations on the nature of reality.
She combines traditional Indian art techniques such as Mysore and Kerala murals with transcendental motifs inspired by artists like Agnes Pelton and Emil Bistram, to portray the cosmos and the human mind. She aspires to be able to make art full time in collaboration with other contemporary artists.
