MacFly Fresh 
Streetwear enthusiasts and master screen printers, MacFly Fresh invites Charlotte out to their BOOM t-shirt printing and upcycle event entitled the “re:FRESH.” If you have old t-shirts in your closet, which everyone does, here’s your chance to give them new life. Before you Marie Kondo those vintage artifacts, why not print new designs on them, cut them, and repurpose them all under the tutelage of the MacFly crew. If you do not have a t-shirt, we will have plenty on hand as well as tote bags and free posters for you to learn the art of screen printing. Try your own hand at a timeless skill that has been a staple of clothing manufacturing since the advent of the t-shirt.
MacFly Fresh is the southeast region’s premiere live screen printing ensemble where attendees at festivals, concerts, and museums experience the art of screen printing hands-on. MacFly Fresh, a crew of streetwear and pop-art enthusiasts, transforms blank canvases into original works of art by giving the audience a chance to mix and match designs, substrates, colors, and media to create a piece of art that is unique and special. The canvases (t-shirts, tote bags, posters, and most anything that will take ink) become works of art that patrons can take home, frame, and display in their homes. MacFly Fresh creates memories, content, and stories – not just prints.
