The NC Brazilian Arts Project (NCBAP) will provide live performances of samba, representing various styles. Expect to see and experience colorful music and performances!
NCBAP is an organization dedicated to the study and performance of Afro-Brazilian movement arts such as capoeira and samba. NCBAP values cultural exchange and is interested in offering learning opportunities to the local community.
NCBAP also works toward fulfilling the performers’ dreams of deepening their knowledge and sharing their passion of Brazilian movement forms such as samba, samba reggae, afro-brazilian dance, capoeira, maculelê and percussion.
NCBAP was founded in 2016 by Brazilian culture aficionados in the Charlotte and the Triangle areas.
