Ndeko Street Art BOOM BOX Locations

Eric Ndeko brings art to the streets with a BOOM BOX inspired theme. This installation amplifies the voices of the artists making art accessible to passers by, much like a BOOM BOX blasting from someone’s shoulder circa early 1980s.

Ndeko explores this amplification with three distinct components:

  1. Chalk in a BOX
  2. Mobile BOOM BOX Galleries
  3. Speak Your Truth BOOM BOX(es)

Local artists activate parking spaces and street space with intricate chalk art murals. Artists have been given a 4ft x 4ft box and have been invited to color inside the box using “out of the box” creativity. Make your mark with public Street Art Boxes scattered up and down Commonwealth Avenue.

Schedule: Sunday 1 – 5pm
