We will be playing a soul-inspired original set featuring King Whale rapping and on saxophone with Kate Bankston singing and playing keys. If you enjoy the bands soul-pop and hip-hop, you’re guaranteed to enjoy their original set.
Kate and King are individual artists that both work in the pop, jazz, hip-hop scene here in the Queen City. They collaborated in 2024 on a duo project that features both of their original writing and instrumentation. You’ll find your feet tapping while listening to their soul-inspired set at Boom 2025!
