Step In My Shoes is an interdisciplinary performance, focusing on the individual understanding of dance as an expressive practice. Each performer achieves a renewed relationship with their artistry through exploration, discipline and self evaluation mirrored by movement.
Jessica Himes is a multifaceted artist, who specializes in choreographic expression and performance. Since graduating from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Dance Studies, she has taken great leaps in her field professionally. Jessica has collaborated with local artists on Musicals, Music Videos, Live Performances, and various projects. With over ten years of dance experience and training, she has become proficient in multiple forms of movement, and prides herself on being versatile and disciplined in her craft.
