Self-taught artist Elle Walsh is a NY native who has lived in Charlotte for the past 12 years. What started out as writing quotes via chalk on the sidewalk to cheer neighbors has evolved into intentional messaging. Her goal is to raise awareness about current events and honor a history untold through the creation of thought-provoking public art.
