It is our mission to share the richness and vastness of West African culture to our community and beyond. We aim to do so through weekly community classes, workshops and performances. It is our hope that you leave a SHAE Movement experience feeling better than you felt before you entered.
“Bonheur et Prospérité” is a mixture of dances that represent happiness and prosperity chronicling the lives of the Samou, Mandeng and Malinke people. The piece features a cultural line dance and ends with an energetic all women Dundance drum piece.
